I am an RMT and I love helping people feel better! I have extensive experience, I've been providing quality therapeutic massage therapy treatments for over 20 years.My focus is on helping you feel and move your best. I work with my clients to prevent repetitive strain and postural issues by improving flexibility and stability, decreasing pain and dysfunction to optimise tissue health and movement, and overall well-being. I tailor my approach to each client depending on what is going on with your body to help you reach your specific goals.I am experienced treating repetitive strain injuries, sports related injuries, deep tissue, muscle spasms, stress reduction, prenatal/postnatal, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, frozen shoulder, tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel and thoracic outlet syndromes, headaches, TMJ and much more. I am also experienced working with clients with health conditions.I am a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and I am in good-standing.I look forward to working with you.

The Path Massage Therapy is my practice that is located in The PATH, at York + Adelaide, the financial district downtown Toronto. MY OFFICE IS INSIDE THE ROYAL HEALTH CARE CENTRE, a multi-disciplinary health care centre.
